Two days later, fanmail wrote back...
Hey there,
To become a VIP, readers will need to be in the UK.
They must answer the same questions as the latest VIP (favourite mini-game, favourite furniture item etc.) as you have done. In addition, you must send a screenshot of your penguin and igloo to clubpenguin@panini.co.uk.

So I sent the exact same thing to Panini club penguin :)To become a VIP, readers will need to be in the UK.

Then I sent my latest igloo design to them...

Other members of the team will be waddling around the island and checking out everyone's igloo. I'm sure they will check out your iggy soon (or who knows, maybe they were there already).
