Hmmm, looks interesting. I personally, while most are really excited, don't like this. I have spent all my life on the current Club Penguin style, and now it's going to change...

All my friends...Why CP?
Hey everyone. Today I was playing online, when someone asked to be my buddy. So I went on my friends list to check, and...
Well. That's hundreds of friends gone, including Sensei, The Merry Walrus and PH. I have contacted CP, and will update when I get a reply. Hopefully I can get my friends list back!

My spare account Tobyp999incp has still got it's friends! (Despite the fact I'm the only friend it has... LOL!)
We would be glad to help. Don't worry even though that sounds pretty fishy. Our technical penguins are aware that this has been happening for some of our penguin friends, and they're working hard to squish the bug that is causing it.
Clearing your cache may help with this: To clear the cache on the Club Penguin app, please follow the steps available through this link:

Also, the next time you visit the island, try logging in to a less populated server (one with only a few green bars next to its name). Please also be aware that the maximum number of penguin friends one can have on their list is 500, as penguins get closer to this number, it becomes more likely that things will get fishy... Since you only have 209, that should be fine.
There is a chance that the friends on your list are not gone and they will come back, so keep your flippers crossed!

Robotic text email!
Hi everyone! Do you remember the spoiler alert, where they did Xtreme Reading? And in the first episode, they translated the newspaper into French, Spanish, German, and Portugese, and back into English.
In Spring, I got an Email from CP on one of my posts, and I've decided to do robotic text on it...Here it is!

Over the year's igloo item size has increased, mainly because we included the option the remove the igloo completely so players can build straight on the big open space.
I do think we need to have more balance between large and small items though, so we'll definitely keep that in mind when building new content. As well as your other igloo feedback.
Also, we completely agree in regards to the chat filter. We are constantly working to improve what is and isn't allowed. Since safety of our players is our number 1 priority we do have to be careful.
Some of the words you mentioned on your blog, like 'god' and 'blood', can be used in really negative ways online to the point where it could really hurt someone. We would rather air on the side of caution in those cases.
However, we realize that it is too strict in other areas, so we are working to improve what can be seen.
As for your party concerns, we've had to simplify some of the recent parties in order to be able to have them both online and on mobile. Our tech writers pretty much have to write two sets of code for the parties and having complicated parties where everything is decorated can be time consuming.
That is a process we are trying to simplify, so we can have the best possible experience for parties on both platforms. We would love to see more decorations and activities moving forward.
Lol, I love the pics of the giant pins by the way. It would be cool to see them smaller and more of a challenge to find.

How to get abducted by aliens on Club Penguin!
There's a cool new update this week where you can get abducted by aliens on Club Penguin an earn the tinfoil hat! Here's how:
First, be at any outside room except the Dojo, Wilds, Ice rink, iceberg and puffle park. Then wait!
I was waddling around when...
Then you will be in a UFO for about a second-blink and you'll miss it!
Then I was back on the island with a tinfoil hat on my head!
